Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy. A $20 fee will be added to the rate for each additional adult occupying a room.
Kids under 17 and staying with a parent or guardian stay free. Guests must be 18 or older unless a parent or guardian is also occupying the room. Guests under 18 and traveling without a parent or guardian must provide a minor consent form, completed in advance by a parent or guardian, and must pay the extra adult fee.
A $100 per person cash security deposit, refundable at check-out, is required at check-in when all guests occupying a room are under 25.
Guests most provide photo identification at check-in.
A deposit of one night's stay is required to reserve any room. The deposit and balance can be paid with cash, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks or cashier’s checks. Personal and business checks will only be accepted when they are receive more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations must be canceled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date or the deposit of one night's stay is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Holidays, special event dates and weekends may require a minimum length of stay.
The guaranteed check-in time is 4 p.m. If rooms are available prior to that time, our staff will be happy to check guests in early. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
